Lindsey is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in saxophone performance at the University of Georgia, under Dr. Connie Frigo. She began her musical studies at DePauw University with Scotty Stepp. During her undergraduate degree, she pursued majors in saxophone performance and French, eventually inspiring studies in France at the Conservatoire Rayonnement RĂ©gional de Cergy-Pontoise with acclaimed saxophonist Jean-Yves Fourmeau. Lindsey obtained her Masters in Music at Bowling Green State University with Dr. John Sampen.

Lindsey has received many musical accolades, including two first prizes in the MTNA Young Performing Artist State Solo Competition (OH and GA), three-time NASA solo and quartet competition semifinalist, and first prize in the LaGrange Symphony Young Artist Competition. She is the tenor saxophonist of the award-winning saxophone quartet Mixed Media, who won the Gold Medal in both the Coltman Chamber Music Competition and the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition in 2022.

Lindsey is an active and passionate educator, recently serving as the Adjunct Instructor of saxophone at Terra State Community College. Lindsey has also taught in the Greencastle Community Music Program and served as the Graduate Teaching Assistant for the saxophone studio at Bowling Green State University. She is currently the Graduate Saxophone Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia.
